Our new training facility in Glasgow’s West End provides a ’One Stop Shop’ for those seeking vocational training to prepare them for positions in the hospitality, retail and leisure industries.

Our centre offers quality training, delivered by experienced and dynamic tutors, who have operated successfully in their respective fields. This “sharp end” experience gives our trainers the ability and enthusiasm to motivate the clients and add value to the accredited qualifications by focusing on genuine scenario work, which relates directly to the vocational needs of the client.

The courses are delivered in conjunction with substantive elements of added value training by which we seek to define a new level of excellence in hospitality provision.

We would help motivate candidates by helping them focus on the actual benefits of enhanced service provision, as well as on the strategies, skills and methods used in delivery.

For the past 15 years hotels, bars restaurants, and clubs have had to source the many statutory qualifications for their staff from a variety of providers, food hygiene training from a local college, licensing training from Alcohol Focus Scotland, First Aid from Scottish Ambulance service and so on.

This makes it very difficult to plan and monitor training for staff, many of whom work part time and can be transient.

One of our unique selling points is the provision of all statutory qualifications under one roof. The ‘one stop shop’ approach will enable us to track the training needs of each individual and alert both the individual and their employer of training and retraining requirements, with plenty of lead time for the employer and employee to work this into their schedules.

We are also the first training operator to provide ‘ A passport to employment’.

A physical passport sized, booklet, containing downsized, certified copies of each individual’s qualifications. This passport is updated each time the person gains a new qualification, or updates an existing certificate.
